1. Agreement

These Terms govern access to and use of abm.dev’s GTM Intelligence API, website, and related services (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Accounts and eligibility

• You must be legally capable to contract on behalf of your organisation.
• Keep credentials confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account and API keys.

3. Acceptable use

Do not: (a) break the law; (b) infringe IP or privacy; (c) probe or attack our infrastructure; (d) abuse rate limits or quotas; (e) send spam or unlawful communications; (f) attempt to re‑identify individuals from anonymised data; (g) use outputs to discriminate unlawfully.

4. Customer data and outputs

• You own your inputs and outputs. We claim no IP in your data.
• You grant us a licence to process inputs/outputs as needed to provide the Service, improve safety, and meet legal requirements.
• You are responsible for reviewing outputs before use and for your compliance obligations (e.g., marketing consent, privacy notices).

5. Third‑party services and models

The Service may route requests to third‑party model providers and data sources (including where you BYOK). Their terms may apply to that processing.

6. Plans, pricing, and billing

• Pricing and quotas are described in your order or pricing page. Overage may apply.
• Fees are non‑refundable unless required by law.
• Late payment may result in suspension. We may pre‑authorise cards for overage safety caps.

7. Confidentiality

Each party must protect the other’s confidential information and use it only for the purpose of these Terms.
